[BILLING / MY ACCOUNT] What is your policy on credits or refunds?
If you have cancelled your account within 30 days of signing up, you may contact the Support Center via email to make a refund request. All requests must be evaluated by our billing department. Please note that we do not issue credits for lack of use or incompletion of feature set-up after the initial signup.
