[NEWSLETTER / EMAIL LISTS] How do customers unsubscribe from my newsletter?

There are two ways that customers can unsubscribe from your newsletter. First, they can click on the Join Our List or Subscribe button on your website, that the used to sign up, and enter their email address to be unsubscribed. Or, they may reply to the newsletter email, and when you receive their remove request you may search for them in the Subscribers section and remove them manually.
