Position
Support Services Representative – Full Time

Summary
Provide exceptional phone and Internet support for web hosting clients in need of technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone, live chat, and trouble ticket requests timely and professionally
  • Diagnose and resolve common server-side issues related to web hosting services
  • Assist other technicians with complicated and extensive technical support issues
  • Complete other technical and clerical assignments as requested by managers
  • Several shift possibilities from 7 am to 10 pm, over-time pay for night coverage

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED, College degree favored
  • Experience in customer service and technology fields
  • Excellent attendance and scheduling flexibility
  • Strong vocal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system, Linux favored
  • Knowledge of basic Internet services, web, email, ftp, etc.
